The Living Space
The Hall
The apartment is entered through a substantial hall, offering you enough room to store wellies, surf boards, push-chairs or any other equipment you might bring with you.
The Kitchen
From the hall you walk into the spacious kitchen-dinner, where the fitted Cherry-wood kitchen offers every modern convenience, including a gas stove and electric oven, as well as a toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-drier.
The Dinning Room
The dinning room table is in a large bay window and seats six, offering a great place to entertain and relax on your nights in.
The Lounge
Moving into the lounge, there are two leather sofas, another bay window and windows framing the stunning view of the Sea. There is a telescope so you can spot ships along the horizon and of course a flat screen TV and full cable package.
Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom suite is split level, with the master bed (or twin on request) sitting on an elevated floor to take advantage of the spectacular sea views from the floor to ceiling windows. Sit and get ready at the dressing table or write your postcard from the writing desk, all the while soaking in the view.
On the ground level there is a comfortable sofa bed, which can be made up on request and a large mirrored antique wardrobe. There is also an ensuite with power shower, double basin, toilet and bidet.
The Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is a well proportioned double room with two single beds (or double on request), a set of chairs and a spacious Edwardian wardrobe. It also benefits from a door leading out to the rear yard, which is a sun trap in the Summer months.
Family Bathroom
The bathroom has a large bath, shower and a toilet and basin.
